Qualifications and Requirements:
This Senior Sales Director position will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
Salary: Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation and benefits--commensurate with experience.
Office location: HCMS Group Company Headquarters is in Cheyenne, WY. Candidate can work remotely anywhere in the US, but must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
The Senior System Administrator will share responsibility for the reliability, performance, recoverability, and maintenance of the organization’s infrastructure environment. The Senior System Administrator must have enterprise expertise with a large variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures. Relying on this experience, the Senior System Administrator will perform complex tasks, large/high-profile projects, systems design, and complex troubleshooting. In addition, the position will monitor and maintain the production environment to ensure stability and optimal performance. The Senior System Administrator must demonstrate leadership to others, have in-depth knowledge in a wide variety of technical areas, and have proficient troubleshooting skills.

HCMS Group is seeking a System Administrator to provide technical support for our business and data center which consist of Windows servers, Web Servers, Exchange Servers, Oracle Database Servers, and VMware platforms. The main responsibilities include internal Help Desk support, backup administration, desktop support, phone system support, file transmission support, network support, and remote connectivity. Additional duties include participation in new system design, implementation projects, and disaster recovery design. Preferred experience in computer operations, complex system administration, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or closely-related field of study. The right candidate is someone with the self-initiative and willing attitude to learn.
