We are seeking an individual passionately interested in the management, strategy and execution of IT SaaS infrastructure, security/compliance and service continuity. In this role you will collaborate closely with business leaders from our Data Services, Application Development, and Clinical Services teams. You will identify technology developments and opportunities in IT, assesses related impact upon business operations and services, and implement/manage technology and services that support the strategic direction of the company. You will need to have strong business acumen and security/privacy experience, with an understanding of how technology enables service delivery. You will provide hands-on technical and team leadership delivering user-focused solutions to enable best-in-class services to our growing list of prominent national employers, provider organizations, and health plans.

Immediate job opportunity for master's-educated registered nurse (RN) to provide a clinical prevention decision support service to individuals and families enrolled in the HCMS Group KnovaSolutions® program. Services are primarily provided telephonically from a home office as part of the HCMS Clinical Prevention Service virtual office which is comprised of a nurse, pharmacist, and medical team. This job reports to the HCMS Director of Clinical Services.

The Senior Systems Administrator will share responsibility for the reliability, performance, recoverability, and maintenance of the organization’s infrastructure environment. The Senior Systems Administrator must have enterprise expertise with a large variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures. Relying on this experience the Senior Systems Administrator will perform complex tasks, large/high profile projects, systems design and complex troubleshooting. In addition, the position will monitor and maintain the production environment to ensure the stability and optimal performance. The Senior Systems Administrator must demonstrate leadership to others, in-depth knowledge in a wide variety of technical areas, and proficient troubleshooting skills.
Primary Duties Include:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems, or closely related field
EXPERIENCE: 7+ years
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal and communication skill, capable of explaining complex procedures or technical designs in writing or verbally. Must be results-driven, take pride with their on-time and quality work and team well with the high-caliber existing team.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Certificates in technology related fields a plus, such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CISSP, etc.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience/expertise plus Incentive Compensation
