HCMS Group is excited to announce new roles for the KnovaSolutions clinical prevention services management team. Sara Lee, Rene Sims, Suzanne Supola, and Theresa Faivre along with Marla Smith, Clinical Prevention Services Administrator, will play key roles in clinical prevention services management in 2014. HCMS congratulates this team as they continue to enhance the KnovaSolutions service, engage new clients, and connect with the service’s many members across the country.
Sara Lee , RN, MSN, CNS – Director of Clinical Prevention Services
Ms. Lee earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with an emphasis in Parent-Child Nursing. Sara has practiced in a variety of roles in the hospital and the community with a focus on service to women and children. She is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Maternal-Newborn Care. She is active in her local chapter of the Association of Obstetric, Women’s Health and Neonatal Nurses.
Rene Sims, RN, MSN, MBA – Senior Manager of KnovaSolutions Business Development
Ms. Sims earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Valparaiso University and her Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University. Her nursing experience includes direct patient care in women’s service. Ms. Sims taught obstetric nursing at Indiana University Northwest and has worked as a legal nurse consultant. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Nurses in Advanced Practice (SNAP).
Suzanne Supola, RN, MSN – Director of Quality for Clinical Prevention Services
Ms. Supola earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing with a focus in adult health and cardiac disease from the Medical University of South Carolina. Her clinical background includes hospital nursing both at large teaching centers and small rural community hospitals. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College teaching in the RN program and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Haywood Regional Hospital in her community.
Theresa Faivre, RN, MSN – Manager of Quality for Clinical Prevention Services
Ms. Faivre earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Lewis University in Illinois. Her background includes the care of women and children, ambulatory surgery nursing, and instructor at the University of Phoenix.
