HCMS Mission

Human Capital Management Services (HCMS), as a health information service business, exists because “People and Incentives Matter” as marketable human capital, because employers and government need better management information to invest resources wisely in the “Health as Human Capital” of their employees and health benefits recipients, and because health service suppliers and health benefits consumers need better consumer information about how “Market Economics” can operate to protect health, reduce health care costs and produce more productive lives.

HCMS Services

HCMS provides three basic health information services to private and public employers, health organizations and professionals, and government entities.

Custom Database (data warehouse) Services coupled with management information production and distribution accompanied by decision support.
Research Services using the HCMS unique proprietary research reference database. Research outcomes are disseminated through Papers & Publications and the Health as Human Capital Foundation, a non-profit education services organization.
Human Capital Management Consultation Services, provided to employers not large enough for database services, and includes technical assistance in health benefits design and implementation, and human capital risk management training.
