Consultation Services

Based on its core research, HCMS has developed a Human Capital Management Consultation Service for small to medium sized employers who are too small to invest in HCMS Database Services but who need information and technical assistance in their management of health benefits investments in Health as Human Capital.

HCMS Consultation Services include:

• Inventory and analysis of current employee compensation (a days pay for a days work), including wages and employee benefits policies and experience.
• Based on inventory and analysis, provide consultative technical assistance in the development of compensation policies and in development and acquisition of health benefits (PTO, Disability, Health, Workers Compensation).
• Subscription to HCMS PTO and CDHP Research Bibliographies.
• Preferred (discounted) access to the Health as Human Capital Foundation Education Services.
• Ad Hoc access to HCMS Consultant Human Capital Management Decision Support Staff.
