Curious about how well your company’s incentives are aligned?  The AlignD Snapshot is a free service that measures incentives alignment between business and workers.  First we collect some basic information about your business practices, such as benefits design, HR policies, and compensation structure.  Then, using algorithms based on our extensive data analytics experience we produce a report with 3 main features:

1. Incentives Alignment Score - how well aligned are you?
2. Illustration of modifiable costs.  Some costs can be lowered and others can't.  We'll highlight those that can be.
3. Profile of your 5 Percent, the small number of people in your organization who use 50 percent or more of the health benefits dollars.
