Today’s health care marketplace is characterized by increased medical technology and specialization, and poor access to prevention and primary care. This results in runaway costs and poor health outcomes. Your business survival depends on how well you manage health benefit costs and support your employees with the greatest health risks.

KnovaSolutions is a personal health service for your high-risk employees, the 5% of people who use more than 50% of the health care dollars. Knova is proven to reduce health benefit costs and improve health and job performance while promoting self-responsibility and consumer choice.

KnovaSolutions uses sophisticated Data Analytics to identify the 5% group, the subset of an employee population most in need of a clinical prevention service.

Our clients report that it much easier to achieve meaningful improvements in health, productivity, and business performance once they begin to "get the incentives right"
